  1. Over the years, journaling has been the best things in my life. I love sharing my heart and thoughts with God. I love being vunerable and open. It is a sacred place to me.   2. I not only keep a prayer journal, but another one for whatever I feel like the Lord is saying to me. I keep it separate so I can look over the messages and Scriptures regularly when I need encouragement. You made a powerful case!

  3. I recently started prayer journaling and it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. It helps especially when I am too emotional to pray, I just write to God what I am feeling and I feel better.

  4. Prayer journaling is a wonderful practice – for me, it has been especially powerful looking back to previous journals to see how God has provided over and over again. I need to get back into it!

  5. Journaling my prayers definitely leads to deeper intimacy and allows me to delve into what’s in my heart more. It’s amazing to look back years later and see how God worked those prayers out.
