I am a christian mental health therapist. I work with children, families, and marriages to decrease distress and get to know God better. Because of my professional experience and my desire to glorify God, I wanted to share christian living and wellness tips that are practical and easy to implement. You will find tips on parenting, marriage, self-reflection and overall wellness.
I am also a wife of an amazing husband and a mom of two pretty neat kids. My husband is a stay-at-home daddy to homeschool our kids. I know, right?! I truly feel like God has blessed me more than I can express! Because I am also a wife and a mom, my tips are real life. I wouldn’t suggest anything I haven’t used with my own family or my clients.
